Siemens USA periodically reviews its standard Terms and Conditions for Purchases of Goods and Services, and other Procurement Contracts and Programs. Based on the recent review, we have updated our Statement of Affirmative Action and Supplier Subcontracting Program – Tier 2 Reporting Requirements.
